The deadline for applications for the compensation scheme to cover expenses in connection with travel quarantine was 31 October 2021. It is therefore no longer possible to apply for compensation.
Applications must be confirmed by an authorised accountant or auditor before submission. You must therefore contact an accountant or auditor as soon as possible if you do not already have one.
The auditor or authorised accountant must be part of an audit firm or accounting firm in order to confirm the application.
In order for an authorised accountant or auditor to verify the application, they have to perform a control of the information provided in the application. A specific set of control actions are developed for this.
If you are awarded a grant, 80 percent of the cost of obtaining confirmation by an auditor/accountant will be refunded, subject to a maximum of NOK 15,000 per grant period for enterprises which are awarded a grant. You will be asked to state the total cost of obtaining the confirmation in the application form.
